Use of ACCA Discuss

ACCA Discuss and the information contained in it is intended for use by you and to highlight issues that might be of interest to registered ACCA members/students and potential registered members/students of ACCA and other interested third parties.

You acknowledge and understand that ACCA is not providing any formal advice of any nature through ACCA Discuss and you should seek appropriate professional advice prior to making any decision based on the content of ACCA Discuss.

ACCA has used reasonable care and skill to ensure that the material and information contained on ACCA Discuss has been obtained from reliable sources, however ACCA makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. ACCA accepts no liability for any errors or omissions in the material, or for any action or decision taken or not taken as a result of ACCA Discuss.

ACCA endeavours to ensure that ACCA Discuss is normally available 24 hours a day. It may, however, suspend access to ACCA Discuss without notice at any time and accepts no liability for any consequences of the service being unavailable for any reason.

Member, student and third Party comments

The contributors of all member, student and third party posts acknowledge and understand that ACCA is entitled to moderate, edit and refuse to publish them.  Some posts contained on ACCA Discuss may contain hyperlinks to other internet sites however ACCA does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to those internet sites.  ACCA takes no responsibility whatsoever for any member, student or third party comments. 

Contributors to ACCA Discuss must ensure that their posts are not pornographic or libellous and must not use socially unacceptable language and avoid personal abuse.

Contributors must not engage in spamming. Contributors must not continually repost comments.

All personal data submitted to ACCA shall only be used for the purpose for which it has been submitted.

Intellectual property rights

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content of ACCA Discuss and all other material on this site, save for third party posts, is owned by ACCA.
