I'm currently working in external audit, financial statement audit, in china. And I want to move to internal audit, to deal with risk management and control issues.
what should do to improving sikill and knowledges related to internal auditing.
and by the way, there's few company have such function,

To be honest, most external auditors I know who have moved into internal audit just applied for jobs and made the switch, but that's in the UK. I think the skills you already have as an external auditor will help you in internal audit.
However, the one skill it's important to have as an internal auditor which external auditors often lack, is negotiation skills. You need to be really persausive to ensure management recognise what you are saying to them and agree to do something about it. External auditors can just threaten to qualify their opinion which soon makes management tow the line.
